How long does shipping take?
Every order ships from Vienna within 24 hours. Delivery takes 2–3 business days in Austria and 3–6 business days across the EU. Shipping is tracked, and free on EU orders over €75.
Which MacBooks fit the sleeves?
Our current sleeves are made for 13-inch MacBooks — MacBook Air 13" (M1–M4) and MacBook Pro 13". You'll find a detailed fit guide on every product page. Larger sizes are on the way.
What are the sleeves made of?
Vegan leather (PU) with a fine grain and a soft felt lining. Animal-free, light, durable and easy to care for — a damp cloth is all it needs.
How do returns work?
You have 14 days from delivery, no questions asked. Email us at noirexstore@gmail.com with your order number, send the item back, and we refund via your original payment method. Full details in our Refund Policy.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — 2 years on every order, as provided by Austrian consumer law. It covers manufacturing defects; normal wear from daily use isn't included.
Will I pay customs fees?
Within the EU: never — no customs, no surprises. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.
