Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we will make it right.

14-day returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item in its original, unused condition. Just reach out to us first and we will send you return instructions.

How to return

1. Email us at hello@noirex.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply within 24 hours with a return label and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest post office.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or faulty item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Just send us a photo and your order number.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior contact are not eligible for a refund.
