Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took physical possession of the goods. In the case of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, the period begins on the day you or a third party takes possession of the last item.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email) before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but it is not obligatory.

How to return

  1. Email noirexstore@gmail.com with your order number and your withdrawal statement.
  2. Ship the item to the address above within 14 days of your withdrawal. We recommend original packaging to prevent transit damage — this is not a condition of the return.
  3. Use a trackable shipping service. You bear the direct cost of return shipping.

Refund

Once we receive the returned goods (or proof of return), we will reimburse all payments including your original standard delivery costs within 14 days. Reimbursement is made via your original payment method at no fee to you. We may deduct for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalised or custom-made goods (e.g. engraved or monogrammed items)
  • Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • Sealed goods unsealed after delivery where return is unsuitable for hygiene reasons
